Saturday. We arrive in LA and travel to Bishop. No photos this time around.
Sunday. A few hikes today. The first is from South Lake. The second took us to a waterfall near the road. The third ti a small creek with a tree across it.
Monday. More hiking. This time with the whole group on the Little Lakes Valley Trail.
Tuesday. The Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort is open during the summer for Mountain Biking. Mike S., Mike H., Mark, Eugene and Tom head there. We rent bikes, and then they let you take the gondola to the top, and then you ride down. Gary, Sal and Jon head out separately to view some petroglyphs outside Bishop. We meet for a beer in Mammoth.
Wednesday. We visit Yosemite National Park. Because of forest fires we are unable to drive to our reservation in Curry Village. You can see the smoke moving in as the day progresses.

Thursday. Some short hikes in the Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest and then we head up for lunch.
Friday. We head back to LA.
