Wednesday. Everyone arrived in Denver. Mark from New Jersey, Tom from New Bern NC, Bill and Mike from Raleigh NC, and Eugene, Gary and Jon from California.
Thursday. A very busy day. We start with a tour of the house. Then we take a ride on the Georgetown Loop Railroad. It stopped at an abandoned mine and we took the mine tour. One last stop for that day as we visited the Colorado Railroad Museum in Fairmount.
Friday. We rode to the top of Pike's Peak on the Cog Railway. We close out the day by visiting the Garden of the Gods.
Saturday. A slow day for us. We start with some drone photos and then head into Golden to hike a bit and check out the tubers.
Sunday. We were scheduled to ride bikes at Vail, but the weather did not cooperate. Instead we stopped for lunch and then took some photos in Ford Park. Gary prepared a great meal and we took some more photos in the house.
Monday. After Gary shot some drone video, we started the day with a short hike. We continued into Golden for lunch. Tom shows off his handicap plaque he got because of recent surgery. We ended the day at the Red Rocks Amphitheeatre where John Fogerty and his sons (the opening act) were performing.
Tuesday. Not many still photos but lots of rafting video. Tom's doctor recommended he not participate because of his recent surgery.
Wednesday. We all headed home
